This is a private tour – meaning it can start on any date you select to arrive in Sri Lanka. Transport, hotels, meals, sights and entrance fee is included in this 10 days tour. You will stay at our selected hotels known for good service, location and facilities. (3 – 4 start hotels) Breakfast and dinner included at the hotels.

Tour Program – Summer:

The driver will meet you at the airport at the time of your arrival to Sri Lanka.

It is a 2 hours drive to Hikkaduwa, where you will stay at At Ease Beach Hotel🌴🏖️☀️

Breakfast and a relaxing morning at ease… 🌴🏖️

15:00 Daytrip by tuktuk to visit the turtle Hatchery, and to see the large wild turtles swimming close to the beach here in Hikkaduwa.

🛺 20 minutes drive with tuktuk to the turtle hatchery and turtle beach.

09:00: Our driver will meet you at the hotel to start the round tour. Visit UNESCO world heritage: Galle Fort, and take photos of the Stilt fishermen before you arrive at todays destination, Tissamaharana.

Join an evening safari in Yala National Park, where you have the chance to spot the leopard, elephants and an amazing variety of birds and wild life.

🚌 4 hours drive from Hikkaduwa to Yala.

Drive up to the Highland to Ella, a charming town amongst tea plantations and waterfalls. Go on an easy hike to the top of “Little Adams Peak” and get rewarded with a spectacular view. You can also see the famous “Nine Arch Bridge” or maybe soak up the cozy Backpacker-vibe in Ella town.

Get ready for one of the highlights of your tour:

🚂 The train ride from Ella to Nanu Oya: a picturesque journey amongst mountains and tea plantations.

The driver will meet up with you again at the train station and take you to lunch at a restaurant overlooking the lake in Nuwara Eliya (lunch not included). It is time for a visit a Tea Factory, before driving to the historical city -Kandy.

(A visit to the Botanical Garden or the Kandyan Dance Show, can also be added to the program)

Visit to the famous “tooth temple” in Kandy in the morning – such a historical and cultural important place in Sri Lanka. Drive north to Dambulla, visiting a “Herbal Spice Garden” on the way. In Dambulla you can select from 2 activities: visiting the Dambulla Cave Temple or go on a Village tour to see (and taste😋) the local cooking tradition.

Cool down by the pool in the evening, while listening to the jungle and nature surrounding you.

💡Remember to dress modest, and no shoes inside the temples!

In the early morning you will climb to the top on the spectacular Lions Rock in Sigiriya. Amazing history – amazing view 🤩

The driver will then take you to the East Coast (Trincomalee or Pasikudah) – where you can continue your holiday with a relaxing stay at one of the many beautiful beach hotels in this area.
